Join us in Voorhees, NJ for this three day workshop were we will dive deeply into your personal practice. Learn helpful tips, techniques, and daily exercises to help you achieve personal goals from your yoga practice overtime. We will cover advanced postures, daily exercises to help you achieve your goals, meditation techniques, and wall walk back bending techniques.
You do not have to have an advanced practice to attend. During our time together you will learn the basics to advanced postures while you work within your own body (injuries, limits, etc). You do not even need to want to do advanced postures to join because no matter what your intention is you will leave with a deeper knowledge or yourself and how your body and mind work independently and together.
